Let me introduce myself.  My name is Linda Nolen and I am a Reiki Master and Teacher.  My practice is in Pleasant Hill, California and I also do volunteer work for Hospice providing Reiki for their clients.

Reiki is a Japanese word meaning "Universal Life Force Energy".  It is a noninvasive method of hands-on healing derived from this energy.  My part as a Reiki practitioner is to allow this energy to flow through my body, out of my hands and into your body.  Reiki is not just energy.  It Possess Wisdom, Compassion and Love.

Reiki can also be performed in almost any setting including a chair or hospital bed.  During your session you are fully clothed.  Many people almost instantly experience a feeling of calmness and relaxation and sometimes fall asleep.  Reiki can also be provided for a client long distance - needing only their desire and permission.
